Message from the President
Well, yet another season has drawn to a close with the playing of the Grand Finals at the weekend.
I would like to thank the hard working committee for the efforts they have put in over the season to make it possible for all of our teams to play and
for the club to function effectively & efficiently. I would also like to thank all coaches & managers for the time they have committed to the club, and
also to the players and their families & friends that have assisted in any way to help with the running of our club.
Congratulations to the seven Bangor teams that played in Grand finals over the weekend.
The following teams were runners up: 11D, 12B, SWC/1, 35G.
Our premiers for 2010 are: 13D, W18D, AL15 .
On behalf of all these teams, I would like to thank all the spectators that turned up to support these teams in their matches over the weekend.
Don’t forget the upcoming dates for our presentations:
- Junior Presentation - Sunday September 19 at The Ridge 1 & 2, 10.00am for U6 - U9 12.00pm for U10 - U16
- Senior Presentation - Friday September 24th at Club Menai. 7.00pm for 7.30pm start
In addition, please don’t forget all gear (including shirts for U21 teams & below)needs to be returned on August 31st between 6.30pm & 8.30pm at Billa Rd.
Please don’t forget, as it costs the club a considerable amount of money to replace shirts that are not returned.
Committee positions for the 2011 season that remained unfilled are: Vice President, Referees Coordinator, Equipment Officer, Social Coordinator, Canteen Officer & All Age Delegate. If you feel you may be able to help the club by taking on any of these roles, please contact me. In addition I would also encourage those that may be interested in being either a club volunteer, or assist our coaching staff to check out the icon (on the left of this page) entitled ‘Get Involved’ and fill in a nomination form. Please think hard about how you may be able to assist the club, and please contact myself, or any of our committee if you have any questions whatsoever.

Female Referee Update From SSFA

Order forms have been placed in all teams pigeon holes. Orders will be on a first in, first served basis. There are limited numbers / sizes, so when stock runs out, it runs out. No cash,just cheques made out to Bangor FC.
