Round 2 vs. Gymea-1
9 – 0 Loss
The team knew that Premier League would be a massive step up and the first game proved just that. After conceding a few early goals in quick succession the girls regrouped at half time and looked much better in the second half. While the scoreline didn’t reflect the effort put in by each and every player there were some great glimpses of what’s to come. Results like this will be a great benchmark to show how much they’ll improve as the season goes on.

📖 SSFA Borrowing Rules
Teams often find themselves short on players during the school holidays. Thankfully, most teams will be able to borrow players from other Bangor FC sides but it’s important to follow the rules set out by the SSFA. Breaches of the SSFAs borrowing rules can cause your team to lose your match, regardless of the final scoreline.
If you’re wishing to borrow players during the season, be sure to look over the Borrowing Charts to see who you can and can’t borrow and consult the 2024 SSFA Rule Book for more information.
If you need assistance contacting the coach or manager of another Bangor FC team, please contact our Registrar Michelle (registrar@bangorbrumbies.org.au).
✍️ Match Sheet Tips and Tricks for Coaches and Managers
Please make sure you fill in your match sheet every week! The club receives a fine for each element on the match sheet not filled in correctly!
The name of the coach, manager and nominated ground control person must be filled in prior to the start of each match. Competition teams are also required to fill in player shirt numbers however this can be pre-filled using the MyComp App. After your match finishes, the coach or manager must then check the score has been entered correctly by the referee and sign off at the bottom of the sheet. If you’re not sure about some details, please ask a Committee Member.
