New Referees Courses for 2024

The Sutherland Shire Football Referees Association (SSFRA) is now taking registrations for new referees.

The SSFRA covers all full field matches around the Sutherland Shire from the Under 12s to the Over 45s. You need to be 14 years and older to apply to become a referee with the SSFRA.

Referees can pick the hours and weekends they are available and make themselves available for as many or as few games as they want.

We strongly encourage any interested players, coaches, managers and parents to take this opportunity. Refereeing helps you to gain a new perspective and expand your knowledge of the game. It is also a great opportunity to earn some extra money and improve your fitness.

Next Course: Saturday 23 March

The next Junior Match Official course will be held at Harrie Dening Football Centre, Bates Drive Kareela, from 8.30am – 12.30pm on Saturday 23rd March.

For further information about becoming a referee, head to the SSFRA Website or contact the SSFRA at recruitment@ssfra.org.au
